Start your Tuesday with intention for a 1-hour deep dive into relaxation and grounding.
This isn’t just a meditation; it is a sonic journey. We’ll start by settling in with the breath to shift out of "doing" mode and into "being" mode. From there, allow a guided meditation and the resonance of the instruments to cleanse your body and let the sound vibrations ripple through you, releasing whatever no longer serves you.

Blanket & Pillow if needed (Essential for staying cozy and warm if you get cold. It can be chilly in the mornings on the floor)
