A seven week somatic and deep meditative journey to unearth your innate gifts and live your most abundant reality. Deep down, you already know how to hold wealth, power, and absolute peace. You do not need to learn how to be abundant. You do not need to build a brand new identity from scratch or force yourself into a mold that does not fit. You just need to remember who you were before the world told you to shrink. Reclaiming Your Abundant Self is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home. Through gentle guided meditation and physical somatic anchors, we are going to teach your nervous system that it is finally safe to be seen, safe to be entirely yourself, and safe to let good things flow in. When you stop fighting your own nature, receiving does not feel like a job anymore. It just feels like breathing. What This Looks Like Over our seven weeks together, you will follow a specifically scheduled audio structure. Every phase and practice is laid out clearly for you so you never have to guess what comes next. But even with a set schedule, there is absolutely no pressure to be perfectly healed by the end of it. ● Going back for you: We will look closely at the root of your scarcity and safely reclaim the younger versions of you that were left behind. ● Physical safety: You will learn very simple physical anchors to bring your body back to the present moment, teaching your nervous system that quiet is not a threat. ● Calling your power back: We will find exactly where you are leaking your energy, unplug those heavy expectations, and bring your focus back to your own center. ● Resting your nervous system: The daily workbook practice is intentionally short and light. You do not have to hustle or force your way through this work. Your only real job here is to let your body get used to the feeling of not having to fight. The era of purely surviving is shifting. Your magick has always belonged to you, and we are just making it safe to let it out.
