About The Event
Join us on March 14th for "Art & Sound," a collaborative pop-up experience at Merideth Bray Carballal's studio space at Five Deuces Galleria. During the 2nd Saturday Art Walk.
We’re transforming the studio into a sonic sanctuary. Whether you’re looking for a deep meditative dive or just a high-vibe backdrop while you browse the gallery, we have space for you.
6:00 - 6:30 PM – The Deep Dive: A 30-minute intentional, seated sound bath with Keirstin Proud. This is our "anchor" moment—a dedicated time to ground yourself, breathe, and let the crystal bowls clear your mental canvas.
⚠️ Note: This is an informal, intimate pop-up and seating will not be provided. If you’d like to sit for the 6:00 PM session, please bring your own yoga mat, meditation cushion, or a cozy blanket! Space is limited, so arrive early to claim your floor real estate. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
