Once the service is rendered (the reading is performed and recorded), the work cannot be undone or returned. 2. No Refunds Policy (Strict) All sales are final. Due to the personalized and immediately-consumed nature of this digital reading service, we maintain a strict policy of no refunds once the purchase has been made. The price paid covers the energy, time, and intuitive work involved in the preparation, execution (card pulling and interpretation), and recording of your 13-Card Annual Compass Spread. Whether you agree with the guidance or not, and whether you watch the video or not, the service has been performed and the content delivered. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of the reading. 3. Cancellation Policy No cancellations are permitted. Once your order is placed, your reading is placed into the queue for immediate preparation and recording. Therefore, we do not accept requests for cancellation or modification of your order. 4. Delivery Guarantee & Email Responsibility We guarantee that the completed The Year Ahead Snapshot reading will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process within the promised delivery window (e.g., within 10 business days). The responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address rests solely with the customer.
