Staying in the Gratitude mindset is crucial to creating an abundant life for yourself.

When we go to #gratitudemindset there are 4 BIG Benefits that will automatically put you in a higher vibration.

1. Forces you in the present moment - Living in the NOW is an important step in this process and for anything to expand your awareness and bring on #abundance. When you step into gratitude your body will immediately shift into the present moment and focus on the here and now.

2. Opens up pathways to more abundance - I mean, this is what we all strive for, right?! To open up the pathways to more abundance, we must clear out the clutter that is keeping us focused on our past or our future. By being grateful of what you have now, you are opening up that pathway to more opportunities for abundance.

3. Helps calm your mind - When you practice shifting into gratitude your body puts focus on the here an now instead of the past or the future. This process will automatically bring calm and peace to your mind chatter.

4. Rewires your brain - The more you practice putting yourself in a gratitude mindset, the more your brain rewires itself to automatically go there. Eventually your mind will stay empowered to find gratitude within all situations.
